• Perform all technical, engineering, service, supervision, and consulting activities related to energy sector projects and oil and gas fields, including contracting and project management. Provide all technical services and manage engineering projects, procurement, construction, and the execution of operational activities, including construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operation monitoring, and project operation and exploitation.

• Development, drilling, improvement, and enhanced oil recovery from oil and gas fields, construction and operation of surface processing and transfer facilities, storage, transportation, and delivery of oil, gas, and refined petrochemical products to processing or sales points.

• Conduct studies, technical and economic evaluations, feasibility assessments, planning, design, construction, and execution of activities in the oil and gas industries, renewable energy, and new technologies. This includes well blowout control services, wellhead facilities, pipeline and transfer lines, gas and liquefied gas plants, gas and water injection, oil storage tanks, oil pumping stations, gas pressure boosting stations, offshore oil and gas platforms, offshore activities, drilling equipment operation and supply, floating services, logistics support, civil operations, well site and access road construction, and environmental protection, carbon capture, and storage activities.

• Partnership, development, and management of petrochemical, refinery, water, mining, power plant construction projects, as well as electricity production, distribution, sales, and trade both domestically and internationally.

• Carry out all contracting activities related to gas distribution networks, mechanical facilities, building installations and equipment, roads, civil works, and structural buildings.

• Provide consulting services in insurance, risk evaluation and management, technical inspections, implementation of operational and management information systems, and joint ventures in consortia, marketing services, market creation, and branding.

• Design, produce, manufacture, import, assemble, and commission equipment, systems, and intelligent monitoring related to the company’s activities.

• Strategic planning, organizational structure design, implementation of strategic plans and consulting, value engineering, preparation of technical documentation, system improvements, and transfer of technical knowledge and technology.

• All commercial and trade activities, including purchasing, selling, exporting, importing goods, equipment, products, materials, and authorized trade supplies from domestic and foreign sources, customs clearance, obtaining trade cards, and conducting oil, petroleum products, gas transactions, entering into oil derivatives and long-term sales contracts.

• Provide all services, supply and employ skilled human resources, train required personnel, conduct training courses, transfer technical knowledge and managerial skills, and develop and localize technology, develop specialized software, data management, smart technologies (artificial intelligence), and digitalization of related activities. Maintain technical support for databases and servers, and buy or sell construction, production, and technology licenses within the scope of company activities.

• Mergers and acquisitions in Iranian and foreign companies, as well as the creation of affiliated companies (legal, civil, and natural persons) inside and outside the country, either independently or in collaboration with other legal or natural persons.

• Participate in financing, obtain financial facilities, loans, guarantees, and remittances in both domestic and foreign currencies from all domestic and international banks and financial institutions, open credit lines, establish letter of credit arrangements with domestic and foreign banks, and participate in financial and credit matters to achieve the company’s objectives.

• Provide economic, commercial, and accounting services to other companies and institutions. Enter into cooperation, partnership, employer, or contracting agreements with Iranian or foreign natural or legal persons, establish branches and representative offices for reputable domestic and foreign companies, transfer advanced technologies from abroad to the country, and participate in public, private, and government tenders and auctions.

• Membership and participation in domestic and international associations, holding conferences and seminars related to the company’s activities, and obtaining any representation or privileges from companies or other organizations or associations, both domestic and foreign.

• Any other actions deemed necessary by the company’s assembly for achieving the company’s objectives and performing its duties (after obtaining approval from the relevant authorities, if required).
